Hinges and binding sound; no loose pages.Two small white stains on front cover (as pictured) as well as one of similar size on rear board. Approx 3” x 5” rectangle has been removed from upper portion of FFEP. Small pencil notations inside back cover. Some fading to spine and boards, as pictured. Overall, Very Good.
