Small volume with brown cloth covered boards, embossed designs, and gilt spine titling. Rubbing at head/tail of spine, dampstain present throughout but no mold, gift inscription on second free endpaper. Small tear at edge FFEP. Binding miraculously tight. The only copy of this edition anywhere on the market and presumed to be just the 2nd edition in English after the 1847 first. Contains such classics as "The Emperor's New Clothes" and "The Princess and the Pea" (under its original title). Good+ condition.
