"Washington and His Masonic Compeers" by Sidney Hayden [Masonic Publishing and Manufacturing Company, c1866]. Lacking title page but consistent with 1866 edition. 407pp. Illustrated. Brown pebbled cloth with embossed borders and gilt coat of arms featuring "Exitus Acta Probat" (the end justifies the means). Spine starting to fade, rear free endpaper missing lower half inch, and several instances of spotting in text. Binding intact but with a little give. Very Good- and highly collectible.
